Sci-fi horror movie similar to Invasion of the Body Snatchers; uncanny alien loo...

I'd like to find out the name of a movie I watched on the television in the early 2000s. It was a sci-fi horror film with a plot similar to Invasion of the Body Snatchers — people start being replaced by alien lookalikes that are, behavior-wise, off. However, it was set in a town with teenagers as the main characters. It was in color. The way the replacements act had an uncanny valley feel, and the scene I most clearly recall is a fancy party, though I'm pretty sure it wasn't a prom or school dance.

It wasn't any of the actual Invasion of the Body Snatchers films or The Puppet Masters.

Invasion (2005)

The series took place in Southern Florida and involved a string of mysterious occurrences that take place in a small town in the aftermath of a violent hurricane. Invoking thematic elements from Invasion of the Body Snatchers, the series centered on park ranger Russell Varon (Eddie Cibrian) and his family and his efforts to uncover the truth about a conspiracy involving water-breathing extraterrestrials creating human clones from the bodies of the dead.

Invasion features an episode (Season 1, Episode 5: "Unnatural Selection") where a major character, Jesse Varon (played by Evan Peters), experiences jealousy when his stepsister Kira flirts with a boy at a high school party.
