My application on windows Windows 11 Pro 25H2, Trados Studio 2019, intermittently fails to open because:
"an Application Control policy has blocked a file (HRESULT 0x800711C7) because a file or assembly could not be loaded".
When I looked in protection history, there were no issues.
When I repeatedly close and reopen the application, it eventually reopens successfully.
This is obviously not an acceptable situation. What is happening here?
