A 3-year contract, as you requested, is difficult because the brands we work with only allow annual contracts.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this since we are a wholesale distributor. We apologize for the inconvenience.

However, if you purchase at least USD 180,000 worth of products each year, a 3-year contract may be possible.

This would need to be discussed and approved by the brand.

For now, I recommend proceeding with annual contract renewals. If your sales increase significantly and the timing is right, we can consider a 3-year contract in the future.

We currently do business with most Asian countries, including yours.

Each country has different sales volumes and purchase amounts.

All of our partners continue to renew their contracts annually.

As most Asian countries are geographically close, we usually ship by sea.

We also use sea freight for Turkey, countries near India, Australia, and New Zealand.

In my opinion, air shipping is faster but more expensive.

Would you consider switching to sea freight?

You could try sea shipping once, and if you are not satisfied, you can always switch back to air.

As for payment currency, we currently accept USD, EUR, GBP, and JPY.

We plan to accept HKD, SGD, AUD, NZD, and CAD in the future, but we are still negotiating with the bank, so it may take some time.

Other currencies may incur additional fees or may not be supported by local banks.

Once the issue is resolved, we will let you pay in SGD right away.
